Connecting Skills to Cambodia Clean Energy’s Future

The Clean Energy Internship (CEI) Program was launched by EnergyLab Asia in 2018 to address the growing need for skilled professionals in Cambodia’s clean energy sector. The program connects TVET and university students and recent graduates with private companies in the fields of renewable energy, electric vehicles, and energy efficiency, providing practical work experience and industry exposure, and building career pathways for young professionals.

Interns

Who is eligible for the program?

Required

  • Must be a recent graduate/ university student in their 4th or 5th year/a TVET student, with a field of study aligned with the priority occupations above.
  • Nationality: Cambodian
  • Demonstrated strong interest in clean energy, sustainability, and the environment.
  • Able to work full-time or part-time for six months during the program
  • Committed to attending readiness training and completing the full internship program.
  • Collaborate closely with the Energy Lab’s team and submit regular progress updates during the internship period

Preferred

  • Fresh graduate
  • Minimum English proficiency

What will you do?
  • Become an intern at a selected company for 6 months
