Since 2019, Clean Energy Fellowship (CEF) has equipped early and mid-career professionals from across Cambodia with the skills they need to be transformative and influential advocates for clean energy. The program features three interconnected components: training, field visits to clean energy companies, and the publication of think pieces. These components are designed not only to build knowledge of clean energy, but also to develop critical thinking and leadership capabilities.

interesting regional and global examples to demonstrate to readers that many of the ideas included are already practical, actionable and possible; it just remains for Cambodia to adopt

The think piece component develops fellows into energy thought leaders through three key aspects: critical thinking to analyse complex clean energy challenges, practical application by adapting global trends to Cambodia’s context, and leadership development by contributing original solutions to Cambodia’s energy future.
