Why a Women in Clean Energy
Fellowship?
This Women in Clean Energy Fellowship is designed to support the capacity of women in clean energy in Cambodia through tailored professional development.
It is a 6-month fellowship, where we will work with female professionals and their companies to identify what skills would assist them to grow professionally. There will be individualised technical skills training and monthly leadership training delivered in partnership with Engineers Without Borders. We are also creating the unique opportunity to build relationships between women working in clean energy.
The program includes a weekend retreat, training provided by Engineers Without Borders and individual mentoring as well as opportunities for public speaking in Clean Energy Week.
Women in tech improve business outcomes across the board.
That’s why it is imperative they climb the ladder.
